TICKETS

Ticket price is per person and varies depending on the day of the week and if there is a special sale available. The price corresponding to the day will appear when you select the session. Check before paying.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PLAY AT ONCE?

Up to 8 people can play at the same time, but you can also play alone. For groups larger than 8, you will need to book back-to-back sessions.

HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?

The session lasts 60 or 30 minutes, depending on the experience chosen (30 or 15 minutes of effective game, respectively), but may vary depending on how quickly you get equipped.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

This is an active experience, so please make sure you wear comfortable clothes and appropriate footwear (no high heels). We also recommend not wearing make-up as it can smudge the lens and impact your experience.

CAN I WEAR GLASSES?

You cannot wear glasses during this experience. We recommend you wear contact lenses. Our VR headsets have adjustment tabs under each lens so that players without contact lenses can adjust the focus of the headsets to compensate for approximately (+1 to -3.8 diopters).

WHO CAN PLAY?

We recommend a minimum height of 1.40 meters to be able to play.

Players under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to play. You will not receive a refund or credit.

You must be able to move your entire body freely, unassisted. People with vision in only one eye can play.

For safety reasons, you cannot participate in the experience if:

• You have any level of epilepsy.
• You are deaf or have severe hearing loss.
• You use a wheelchair.

We don't recommend our experiences if:

• You have a heart condition.
• You are heavily pregnant.

CAN THIS CAUSE MOTION SICKNESS?

Every part of the system is designed to give you an immersive experience without any of the motion sickness typically associated with virtual reality systems.

Since opening in November 2016, 0.02% of our players have experienced motion sickness.

WILL I RUN INTO A WALL?

No. We have in-game safety mechanisms to stop that from happening. It is up to you to pay attention and follow all instructions at all times to remain safe.

HOW BIG IS THE EXPERIENCE SPACE?

You will have 200 square meters of space to move in, even though the virtual game space is much bigger. We have some tricks to make the experience feel bigger.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes. There is plenty of parking near Zero Latency.
